Early Training

Vineeta’s journey in Bharatanatyam began at the age of twelve under the guidance of Smt. Malini Ravishankar, and she further honed her artistry under Guru Dr. Prof. M. R. Krishnamurthy at Kalakshithi School of Fine Arts. Her training has shaped a dancer who seamlessly blends technical precision, expressive storytelling, and devotion, bringing classical compositions to life with grace and depth.

Vineeta has performed extensively across India, at temples and cultural festivals, including Maha Shivaratri at Sri Sri Ravishankar Ashram, Ganeshotsava Fest, Tirthahalli, Ayyappa Swamy Temple, Kerala, Haridasa Gurudasa Kala Vedike, Koppa, Kadambari Kalakshetra Navaratri celebrations, and Mahila Saurabha by the Ministry of Defense (DGQA). Over the past three years, she has expanded her presence internationally, performing at festivals across Europe, including Tanzfest Basel, Guru Raghavendra Swamy Aradhana in Geneva, National Day celebrations at the Indian Embassy, Berne, Europe’s Marghazhi, and the Carnatic Café concert series. Notably, she presented a Margam of choreographies by Smt. Rukmini Devi Arundale at a festival curated by Natya Chitra.

She has taught several children at Karuna Sagari's Bhakti Natya Niketan and currently works as a teacher at Kavin Natyam, Basel, Switzerland. Her choreography work includes contributions to projects such as the Kshetra series by Nirvikalpa, reflecting her commitment to evolving classical dance while honoring its tradition.
